Sumbul Shaikh is a healthcare operations strategist whose work sits at the intersection of clinical operations, patient access, workflow design, and data-informed problem solving. As the Founder of CloudWorks Ventures, she supports healthcare organizations in building stronger operational infrastructure, improving responsiveness, and creating scalable support models tailored to the realities of modern practice operations. Her experience includes co-founding Texas Prostate, where she helped support the development of specialty practice workflows across patient coordination, diagnostics pathways, scheduling systems, and operational process design in complex care environments. Her background also includes extensive work at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Children’s Health, along with contributions as a co-author on published research. Sumbul’s approach is shaped by both practical execution and academic rigor. She holds an M.S. in Advanced Data Analytics and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, and is a proud University of North Texas alumna. Across operations and research alike, her work reflects a disciplined, evidence-based approach to solving complex problems with clarity, structure, and precision.
